Deal Flow Platform Privacy Policy

This Deal Flow Platform Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is entered into by and between Travel Startups Incubator, LLC (“TSI”), and its users (“you”), with regard to how we collect, use, share and protect information in relation to TSI’s services, including but not limited to the Deal Flow Platform. All terms capitalized but not defined here shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.

By registering, browsing, searching, entering Discussions or using the website and at all times during your membership, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please terminate your account(s), if any, and cease all use of the Deal Flow Platform and its services.

By using the Deal Flow Platform you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to exchange professional and personal information between individual people and companies with the goal of conducting business between two or more parties, which may include without limitation adding personal and business materials and content to your Deal Flow Room (“Member Content”). This means that other Members may search for, see, use, or share any of your Member Content that you make publicly available through the Deal Flow Platform, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use accessed via

User Registration and Information
Upon your registration as a Member, you shall fill in the correct information requested in the User Account Registration form on the site. You shall then be required to promptly submit information about your company and your technology that is published on your Deal Flow Room and update the Deal Flow Room with relevant personal and business information on the site. You shall select a username and password during the User Registration process. You shall be responsible for: a) all use of the Site made by your username and password, b) maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and c) adding content to Deal Flow Rooms.

You own all the content and business and personal information that you publish or upload onto the Deal Flow Platform web site, including without limitation, text, images, video, presentations, web links, chats, discussions, forums, and In-Box messages. You grant TSI a non-exclusive, royalty free, fully paid up license to the foregoing content to post, display, copy, modify, delete the content in connection with the operation of the Deal Flow Platform web site and business. You promise to publish content you own and/or have the right to share, and that your Deal Flow Room will be truthful.

TSI does not and will not sell or rent Members’ personal information to third parties without such Members’ explicit consent. TSI stores and processes Members’ information from the Deal Flow Platform on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. However, TSI may be permitted to access and modify Members information from time to time, in its sole discretion.

You agree to use “best-efforts” to protect the login ID and password and to not allow unauthorized access to the Deal Flow Platform. It is understood that you should not post or display any content that you do not want to make public including content in Deal Flow Rooms, chats, discussions or messaging.

At registration, TSI collects information including a Member’s name, company, email address and password. We may also pre-seed your Deal Flow Room with data and content about your business from information available to the public or from API’s we license from 3rd parties. We collect and store the information you publish to your Deal Flow Room in safe, industry-reasonable data storage. We also use cookies and other similar technologies to collect information. You may choose to turn off cookies on your Internet-enabled devices, but do understand that certain functions of the Deal Flow Platform may not work for you as a result.

You are responsible for any information you post on the Deal Flow Platform, and this content will be accessible to others. When you share information, other members can see, copy and use that information. Any private information, trade secrets, IP, knowledge transfer should be discussed and completed between members outside the Deal Flow Platform. The intent and use of the Deal Flow Platform is to provide discovery of new business and investment opportunities and to initiate discussions for deals. TSI will use all commercially reasonable efforts to protect all the members data and content using industry standard safeguards.

You can change your information at any time by editing your Deal Flow Room, deleting content that you have posted, or by requesting that we close your account. You may email us at to close your account.

You hereby authorize the Deal Flow Platform to publicly disclose your new membership upon joining the Deal Flow Platform, including your individual name and/or company name and company logo for promotion and marketing of the Deal Flow Platform.

We use PayPal and Stripe to charge and process payments for members. We don’t store any credit card information. Companies needing an alternative payment method may request an Invoice and payment to be made by bank wire transfer.

Terminating Membership
You may choose to retire or delete your uploaded or contributed content (the “Contributed Content”) from the Deal Flow Platform site, and on such retirement or deletion, it may be no longer available or visible to other visitors. This Privacy Policy shall remain applicable to you with regard to any of your content as uploaded or contributed to the Deal Flow Platform even after you choose to terminate your membership. Content posted to the site however, other than the Contributed Content, may remain on the site regardless of your termination.

Change of Control
If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of TSI or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, Member Content and any other information collected through the Deal Flow Platform may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your member Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we made in this Privacy Policy.

Legal Requests
We reserve the right to access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so.

Children’s Privacy
TSI does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Deal Flow Platform. The Deal Flow Platform and its content are not directed at children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
TSI may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of the Deal Flow Platform or TSI’s website after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
